René will embark on his passionate TheaterSpace project for good and will say goodbye to Krupp after almost three years of outstanding COM commitments. René has loved his time at Krupp, but is very excited to be taking on a brand new role at Jacobs as Performing Arts Coordinator, continuing to develop TheaterSpace and the Jacobs Players and more!

Krupp resembles Moulin Rouge

Our College has witnessed another exciting transformation due to the French speaking community on campus, supported by the Krupp Krew, celebrating "la fête de la francophonie" on the night of the 20th of March.

Hot snow sculpture!

On the last winter weekend we had a lovely siren visiting us at Krupp College. The beautiful sculpture has charmed every person entering the College for a couple of days. For those who missed her, we immortalised her in 2D. The rumour says somebody embraced her too romanticly after the Shakespeare play so that she melted away.

Awesome Show for Chinese New Year

Specal thanks and big rounds of applause went to the Chinese Community holding its 2nd Chinese New Year Gala in Krupp College end of February. Learning techniques from authentic teachers, like calligraphie, paper cutting and decorative knotting prepared us for the fabulous Gala show with charming and witty hosts.

Welcome 2010

Great to see the spice of life return to campus. We hope you had a splendid break and were not frozen in your apartments. Many Kruppies used the time to explore the City and surroundings, but now I have seen the preparations for the next round of events on campus take off. We'll be hosting many debaters end of January for their traditional event at Jacobs.

Care for fellow students

At this stressful exam time, please take special care to keep the noise down to the lowest level possible. Well, not banging doors and jumping up and down in your room in the middle of the night will be appreciated by your neighbors. Particularly persons finished with exams for this term should be considerate of those having an exam or an essay to hand in righton the last day before Christmas.
